The mysterious 3rd DLC Pack revealed (Shand will like this one.)

Apparently THQ have revealed the details of the fan axxess pack and also what the other DLC content besides the Chris Masters/Kelly/Mysterio pack and the NXT/NXT Season 1 Finalists/Luger/Bulldog pack is.

It's this:

"The remaining downloadable content package for Fan Axxess, currently scheduled for release in early 2011, will include alternate ring gear for WWE Superstars John Cena®, Undertaker® and CM Punk®, as well as a playable WCW® arena. The downloadable content package will be included as part of the Fan Axxess program, as well as sold separately for the anticipated cost of 240 Microsoft Points on Xbox LIVE or $2.99 on PlayStation Network."

There you go, Shand. WCW Arena.

I think we've both wanted this for a while.

Although it doesn't call it "Nitro" so.... I have a feeling that if it's not the classic Nitro, it could end up being an altered Raw/Smackdown/ECW set with WCW plastered all over it.

Hopefully it's not and they constructed Nitro, or a reasonable facsimile.

Oh, also I don't care about the attires too much, but I have a feeling CM Punk's will be the mask he wore.

I think that rather than the Nitro arena, it will probably be the old school WCW arena with the yellow logo and writing on the aprons.

But then again, they might surprise us, you never know.

Personally I'm just pleased to get a WCW arena of any kind, though I doubt you can make use of it in WWE Universe mode.

One thing though- this pretty much rules out Daniel Bryan as a DLC, unless they do a couple of post Christmas packs.

Oh, and the Undertaker costume- reckon that's the Ministry costume from the Lord of Darkness edition.

I'm all for a WCW arena.

Shame about Bryan, but there's always a CAW - here's hoping the LeBell Lock gets snuck in anyway.

Plus it's easy enough to get Flight of the Valkyries for his theme.

Sadly, more has been said on THQ's site.... and any mention of a WCW arena appears to have vanished.

Either this is THQ not being willing to announce it in other material, or it possibly could have been a load of bullshit added in by one of the first few people to report it.

Just to update that a WCW arena may have been a lie.

I have a feeling it will be in somewhere. With the WCW title in the last couple of games, and with WWE moving toward more acknowledgement of WCW names and history (arguably Luger is a WCW star much more than a WWE one) then the next logical step is for a WCW arena.

As for Bryan, there were some very good CAWs of him knocking around for the last game, so it won't be long before he crops up. With the ability to create a highlight reel entrance video, plus Ride of the Valkryies being easily gettable (though I may actually use his original music and my old TXA theme) it won't be hard to include him. As for the LeBell lock, the crossface was in last year's game, so no reason it wouldn't be in this one, and its essentially the same move.

Ah. Well, good then. I'm glad I was wrong. :D It happens so rarely that when I do err, I like the erring to be of a positive measure.

Apparently its been confirmed that the Undertaker attire in the third DLC pack is NOT the Undertaker's Ministry attire. So its probably the old grey gloves attire.
