Yes, NXT Arena can be used in Story Designer.

EDIT: ....but you can't select "Show Intro" because there isn't one for NXT. It's usable in all other locations and animations, though.

...so obviously the WCW Arena will be able to be used as well.

Can't upload it, but it's usable for single player game. That's good.

Now just gotta wait until March or the the general Spring time.
